VILLE PLATTE -- A 12-2 loss to long time rival Opelousas Catholic on Tuesday afternoon put a major dent in the Sacred Heart Trojans chances at a district title. The Vikings collected 11 hits on the day, while holding Sacred Heart to only two base knocks the entire day.

CROWLEY -- Despite a valiant effort on the mound from pitcher Cody Shipp, the Sacred Heart Trojans were unable to overcome an early lead from the Notre Dame Pioneers and fell 3-2 in a non-district contest here Tuesday afternoon.
