SUV collides with school bus

A Kia Borrego, on Wednesday, April 19, crossed the center line of Hwy 29, near the intersection of Angus Road, and collided with a school bus. The crash occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m. with approximately 20 children on the school bus.

On Friday, March 3, at around 3:15 p.m., Pine Prairie Police Chief L.C. Deshotel was involved in a traffic accident on U.S. Hwy 167 near the location of Farm Bureau Insurance in Ville Platte.
