Bob Manuel (right) was honored as Rotarian of the Year during the annual Ville Platte Rotary Club Installation Banquet held Tuesday, June 20. Manuel was honored for his many years of dedication and service to the organization, where he served as vice president for the 2022-2023 club year and will now serve as president-elect for the new 2023-2024 club year.
