LSUE Athletics GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – LSU Eunice Baseball wrapped up its first trip to the JUCO World Series after a 16-6 setback to Blinn College on Wednesday at Sam Suplizio Field. The Bengals (47-13) finished in fifth place in the 10-team field.

Berzas plays five positions in MVP season

By: TONY MARKS Editor MAMOU - For the Mamou baseball team, this season was a little bit of a letdown after last year’s first-round win over Many in a best-of-three series. The Green Demons, this season, with an 11-17 record and got swept by Many in the best-of-three series to open the playoffs.

Healthworks Rehab, on Thursday, May 21, held preseason athletic physicals for high school athletes from Ville Platte, Mamou, Pine Prairie, and Sacred Heart. The physicals included screenings from optometrists, physical therapists, dentists, and physicians before final clearance.
