Staff Report Tri-Parish unemployment rates in June were down from a year ago and the workforce increased by 600 people, according to statistics released by the Louisiana Workforce Commission. The workforce for St. Landry, Acadia and Evangeline parishes in June totaled 69,759 — a 0.
