Unrestrained is driver killed in two-vehicle crash

EVANGELINE PARISH - Troopers with Louisiana State Police Troop I responded to a crash that killed an unrestrained driver. On November 28, shortly after 12 a.m., troopers were notified of a two-vehicle fatality crash on Louisiana Highway 13 near Gradney Lane.

Traffic stop on I-49 leads to arrest

A traffic stop on Interstate 49 lead to narcotics seizure and an arrest. On November 30, while conducting traffic enforcement duties, Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office deputies assigned to traffic enforcement on Interstate 49 initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for traffic violations.
