March 31, 2020 | Baton Rouge, LA – Coronavirus numbers continue to skyrocket both in the country and in Louisiana. Worldwide, Coronavirus cases are zooming past 800,000.  Close to 40-thousand have died.

BSEE Director to Head-up Interior Department Royalty Policy Committee

The Director of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Scott Angelle will now serve as the chairman of the Royalty Policy Committee (RPC). Appointed by U. S. Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, Angelle had been serving as Acting Chairman.

Gov. employee accused of sexual harassment; resigns from position

Allegations of sexual harassment have been made against Governor John Bel Edwards’ Deputy Chief of Staff for Programming and Planning, Johnny Anderson. According to a spokesman for the governor’s office, Anderson resigned from his position on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
