Registrar of Voters, Lucas Buller, would like to announce the close of books for the January 14, 2023
election. The last day to register in person or by mail is December 14, 2022, and the last day to
register online using the Geauxvote.com website is December 24, 2022.
If you need to register to vote or make changes to your registration you may do so in person at the
Registrar of Voters Office from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday or online at
geauxvote.com.
Early voting for the January 14, 2023, election will begin Thursday, December 29, 2022 and
ends on Saturday, January 7, 2023. Early voting will not be conducted on Friday December 30,
2022, Sunday January 1, or Monday January 2, 2023.
Early voting will be conducted at the Registrar’s Office between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm.
