VILLE PLATTE – The Ville Platte Bulldogs are the District 5-3A champions after defeating the Northwest Raiders by a 51-43 margin last Friday night. The Bulldogs did a good job holding off their district rival, using a balanced offense and stingy defense to avenge a loss to the Raiders earlier in the season.
