When Pine Prairie and Mamou met in the jamboree to open the season, it was ultimately with the knowledge that they would see each other again in District 5-3A play.
The result, a 20-0 Pine Prairie win, ultimately didn’t count towards either team’s win-loss record. What it did signify though, was that Pine Prairie could make a leap forward and Mamou had work to do.
