LAFAYETTE – A standout career ended on a standout note for former Ville Platte girls’ basketball standout Ty’Reona Doucet.
Doucet, who played her college ball at Louisiana-Lafayette, capped off her college basketball career by being named the Sun Belt Conference’s Defensive Player of the Year and a first-team All-Conference selection.
