A Mass of Christian burial for Bernard “Ebby” Perrodin was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Our Lady, Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, which was followed by interment at Vandenburg Cemetery. Father Mitch Guidry was the officiant. Visitation was held from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.

VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Mr. Jimmie Ray Fontenot, 81, were held Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 3 p.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Grand Prairie. Burial followed in the St. Peter’s Cemetery. Father Andrew Killeen officiated the funeral Mass.

VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Gertrude “Gert” Guillory Soileau, 81, were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Our Lady, Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Burial followed in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Father Andrew Killeen officiated the funeral Mass.

VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services for Mrs. Beryl Anne Brignac Ortego, 92, were held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Entombment followed in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum. Mrs. Ortego, a resident of Ville Platte, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022.
