CYPRESS CREEK – What should be clear blue water flowing along the creek banks is now black as oil. The reason is waste that is leaking from Timberlane Landfill, which is located in Allen Parish near the intersection of Pawnee Road and U.S. Hwy 165, north of Oakdale.
