The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Michael Adam Rewis, 47, Ville Platte, was arrested September 23, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault with a firearm. Rewis was released on a $15,000.00 bond.
