Rotarian Richard LeJeune welcomed Mike Darbonne with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) as the special guest speaker for the September 3, meeting of the Ville Platte Rotary Club. Darbonne has 19 years in law enforcement, including four and a half years with LDWF. He is currently serving as Corporal in Allen Parish.
