The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Amanda R. Whitman, 37, Ville Platte, was arrested August 27, 2024, by the Ville Platte City Marshal’s Office for probation or parole violation. Whitman was released on no bond.
