Unemployment rates were up in the Tri-Parish area in June, but the workforce grew by 326 or 0.5% compared to June 2023.
The Tri-Parish workforce in June totaled 69,281, up from 68,955 in June 2023, according to data released by the Louisiana Workforce Commission on July 26.
