The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Devin Damien Lee, 21, Ville Platte, was arrested April 11, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for DWI 1st offense, failure to appear for court, and stop signs and yield signs. Lee remains incarcerated on a $7,600.00 bond.
• Reginald B. Toussaint, 57, Ville Platte, was arrested April 10, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for DWI 4th offense and improper lane usage. Toussaint remains incarcerated on a $50,250.00 bond.
• Brandon Wayne Gallow, 37, Ville Platte, was arrested April 11, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for manufacture, distribute, or possess with intent to distribute fentanyl; self-mutilation by a prisoner; and resisting a police officer with force or violence. Gallow remains incarcerated on a $127,500.00 bond.
