The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Craig Allen Ardoin, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested March 23, 2024, by State Police for DWI 2nd offense and improper lane usage. Ardoin was released on no bond.
• Sydney Travis Coutee, 45, Ville Platte, was arrested March 24, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Coutee was released on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Tonya Danielle Bellard, 39, Ville Platte, was arrested March 25, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for seven counts of failure to appear for court. Bellard remains incarcerated on no bond.
