EPSO Arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons: • Mark A. Catoire, 55, Ville Platte, was arrested January 17, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of schedule II CDS and three counts of failure to appear for court. Catoire remains incarcerated on a $11,000.00 bond. • Jessica Anne Deville, 31, Lake Charles, was arrested January 18, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for create, distribute, or possess with intent to distribute schedule II methamphetamine. Deville was released on a $25,000.00 bond. • Richard John Manuel, 42, Ville Platte, was arrested January 18, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for create, distribute, or possess with intent to distribute schedule II methamphetamine and possession of a firearm with certain CDS offenses or while committing a crime of violence. Manuel remains incarcerated on a $45,000.00 bond. • Tommy Jamel Gallow, 26, Ville Platte, was arrested January 19, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of schedule II CDS, resisting an officer, battery of a police officer, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft of a firearm, and theft of a motor vehicle. Gallow remains incarcerated on a $97,500.00 bond. • Lisa Louise Soileau, 58, Ville Platte, was arrested January 21, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for DWI 2nd offense and careless operation. Soileau was released on no bond. • Keith Christopher Devillier, 35, New Orleans, was arrested January 20, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for use or possess to use drug paraphernalia and manufacture, distribute, or possess with intent to distribute schedule I CDS. Devillier remains incarcerated on a $102,500.00 bond. • Precious Latuross Shoknockse Thomas, 33, Ville Platte, was arrested January 22, 2024, by the Ville Platte Police Department for cruelty to juveniles. Thomas was released on a $15,000.00 bond. • Leroy Mose, 38, Mamou, was arrested January 23, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of schedule III CDS and two counts of failure to appear for court. Mose remains incarcerated on no bond. • Joseph Jermaine Charles, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested January 23, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS schedule I and resisting an officer. Charles remains incarcerated on no bond. • Kyle Anthony Miller, 20, Ville Platte, was arrested January 23, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS schedule I. Miller was released on a $5,000.00 bond.
