The business owner of R & T Towing, on December 8, reported several unknown suspects gained entry into his tow yard and had stolen two ATVs that were impounded for an unrelated incident on a previous date. During the investigation the victim advised he had video evidence of the suspects who allegedly committed the burglary.
After obtaining the video, the victim posted it on social media in order to possibly identify the suspects. During that time, one juvenile suspect was identified. A warrant was later obtained for the suspect, and he was charged with simple burglary, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and unauthorized entry of a place of business. This investigation is ongoing and more arrest are likely.

Any person reporting information will remain anonymous. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
