Reed remains incarcerated on no bond. • Casey Lynn Marks, 39, Ville Platte, was arrested December 11, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for two counts of failure to appear for court. Marks was released on no bond. • James Neal Rozas, 35, Mamou, was arrested December 11, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple escape; aggravated escape. Rozas remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond. • Caleb Jude Guillory, 25, Ville Platte, was arrested December 13, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for domestic abuse battery with child endangerment, simple criminal damage to property, and failure to appear for court. Guillory remains incarcerated on a $1,500.00 bond. • Jordan Lynn Richard, 28, Mamou, was arrested December 12, 2023, by Probation and Parole for probation or parole violation, theft, and failure to appear for court. Richard remains incarcerated on a $26,000.00 bond. • Richard B. Hooper, 36, Ville Platte, was arrested December 12, 2023, by the Ville Platte Police Department for illegal carrying of weapons / discharge of weapons. Hooper remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond. • Kyle M. Morein, 53, Ville Platte, was arrested December 12, 2023, by Probation and Parole for probation violation. Morein remains incarcerated on no bond. • Kevin Joseph Coulon, 45, Ville Platte, was arrested December 12, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court.
