The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Patrick Hayes, 47, Ville Platte, was arrested October 31, 2023, by State Police for DWI 1st offense and careless operation. Hayes was released on a $3,500.00 bond.
• Cameron Lane Leger, 21, Mamou, was arrested October 31, 2023, by the Pine Prairie Police Department for violation of protective orders. Leger remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Dewayne Heath Fee, 38, Ville Platte, was arrested November 2, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for theft, domestic abuse battery, and simple battery of the infirm. Fee remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Danielle Clark, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested November 2, 2023, by State Police for vehicular homicide, driving on right side of road, and no seat belt. Clark was released on a $75,500.00 bond.
