On August 9, the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen ATV (2012 Canam side-by-side black in color) from the 1500 Blk. of Cousins Rd. in Evangeline Parish.
During the investigation, deputies were able to recover the stolen ATV near the intersection of Pine Point Rd. and Brignac Rd.
Detectives were then able to identify two suspects, Alex Joseph Granger (W/M DOB 07/17/1996), of Mamou, and Chance Traveler Standridge (W/M DOB 10/06/1996), of Mandam, N.D. Both were arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft. Their bond was set at $25,000.00.
