“This was a get together between Acadia, Allen, Evangeline, Jefferson Davis and St. Landry Parish Tourism organizations. It was for the purpose of viewing the visitor center in Allen Parish and to brainstorm about ways our parishes can propel the tourism industry forward in each of our specific areas. While there, we were also able to discuss our similarities in culture and help each other find unique and new ways to promote all the great things our parishes offer to visitors,” said Elizabeth West, Evangeline Parish.
