The Turkey Creek Police Department reported the following recent arrests. Arrested were the following persons: • Christopher Healer, Boulder, Montana, was charged on April 4, 2022, for simple possession of marijuana after a traffic stop that led to a K9 deployment with probable cause to search.

MAMOU - Funeral services were held Monday, April 25, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou for Evans West, age 95, who passed away on April 22, 2022, in Mamou. The funeral service was conducted by Deacon Chuck Ortego. Entombment followed in the New St. Ann’s mausoleum.
