By: TONY MARKS Editor The Ville Platte City Council, during a special meeting held Monday, June 27, amended its operating budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2022, and adopted its operating budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023.

By: TONY MARKS Editor Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte is undergoing some much needed updates and improvements in order to better serve residents of the area. “We’re very proud of our facility and to be able to serve our community,” said new manager Alicia LaGrone.
