By: TONY MARKS Editor The Turkey Creek Village Council, at its meeting held Tuesday, December 20, did not take any action on a proposed mobile home ordinance. The council voted to introduce the matter at last month’s meeting.

Reimagine Grant process moves forward

By: TONY MARKS Editor Previously, the Evangeline Parish School District was awarded funds in excess of $1 million as part of the Reimagine School Grant program. The money comes from federal dollars that were allotted to the state and then distributed to school districts based on certain criteria.
