Armed robbery is reported in Ville Platte

Staff Report According to reports, an armed robbery was committed at a Ville Platte business, located on Tate Cove Road, shortly before midnight on Monday, January 8. The yet to be identified suspect allegedly entered the store and demanded money while pointing a gun at the cashier.
