EVANGELINE PARISH - Troopers with Louisiana State Police Troop I responded to a crash that killed an unrestrained driver.
On November 28, shortly after 12 a.m., troopers were notified of a two-vehicle fatality crash on Louisiana Highway 13 near Gradney Lane. The crash claimed the life of 20-year-old Kimberly Thomas of Ville Platte.
