A Richland Parish jury on Sept. 26 unanimously convicted Hermandus Semien of the first-degree murder of Officer Marshall Waters of the Mangham Police Department.
Semien was also convicted of the armed robbery of Langston Yancey, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Assistant District Attorney Doug Wheeler prosecuted the case for the Fifth District Attorney?...
