    EUNICE – By all accounts, LSU Eunice sophomore guard Isaiah Payne is a man of few words. Those who weren’t aware of his prep career at Pine Prairie probably hadn’t even heard of him before last year, when the 6-3, 175-pounder was a first-team all-conference selection after averaging 17.9 points per game for the Bengals.
