Victims are stable after shooting

By: TONY MARKS Editor The Mamou Police Department reported two victims are in stable condition after being shot and airlifted on Tuesday, November 28. According to reports, the male and the female juveniles were shot at approximately 5 p.m. that night at the intersection of Ninth and Chestnut Streets. Police are searching for a possible suspect identified as Jamien Williams.
