Ville Platte City Councilman Bryant Riggs, who allegedly fled the scene of traffic incident, was cited for failure to report an accident and reckless operation after his Polaris Slingshot was involved in a single-vehicle crash on
Saturday, March 25.
The matter is still under investigation.
