The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• John Casey Fontenot, 37, Ville Platte, was arrested December 18, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for two counts of failure to appear for court and possession of a firearm by a felon. ...
