The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Douglas Wayne Young, 58, Basile, was arrested April 23, 2024, by the Basile Police Department for stalking. Young was released on a $25,000.00 bond.
