EPSO Arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons: • Robert Boggan, 33, Olivehill, Tenn., was arrested February 8, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for DWI 3rd offense, careless operation, and driver must be licensed. Boggan remains incarcerated on no bond. • Amanda Prejean Comeaux, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested February 7, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for DWI 1st offense and careless operation. Comeaux was released on no bond. • Christian Roel Montes, 35, Ville Platte, was arrested February 7, 2024, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of schedule II CDS (two counts). Montes remains incarcerated on a $50,000.00 bond.
