The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Tommey Travis Smith, 30, Mamou, was arrested September 4, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of schedule II CDS. Smith was released on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Alex Joseph Granger, 27, Mamou, was arrested September 5, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession with intent to distribute schedule II narcotics. Granger was released on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Jamie Lee Mott, 43, Pine Prairie, was arrested September 5, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for two counts of failure to appear for court. Mott was released on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Nadricka Nicole Brown, 35, Mamou, was arrested September 6, 2023, by the Mamou Police Department for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and simple battery. Brown was released on a $10,000.00 bond.
• Shawn Thomas, 53, Ville Platte, was arrested September 6, 2023, by the Ville Platte Police Department for second degree murder/ accessory after the fact and failure to appear for court. Thomas remains incarcerated on a $252,500.00 bond.
• Bronson Nacona Ford, 21, Pine Prairie, was arrested September 8, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for theft and criminal trespass. Ford remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Alex Joseph Granger, 27, Mamou, was arrested September 8, 2023, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for taking contraband into a penal facility. Granger remains incarcerated on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Chaddick Senegal, 29, Eunice, was arrested September 11, 2023, by the Ville Platte Police Department for attempted second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon. Senegal remains incarcerated on a $325,000.00 bond.
