The Evangeline Parish District Attorney's Office announced Blake K. Anderson's conviction on one count of second-degree rape on May 9.
Anderson was sentenced to serve 22 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.
The District Attorney will continue to seek justice on behalf of sexual assault survivors.
