PAR releases guide to November amendments

The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR) has released its guide to the four proposed Constitutional Amendments that will be on the November ballot. Amendment 1 would set deadlines to veto bills and rules for veto sessions.

By: TONY MARKS Editor With an average time of 13.627 and a total of 19 rings collected, Marcus Guillory was named champion of the Tournoi on Sunday, October 15. In round one, Guillory ran a time of 13.400 and caught seven rings. He then, in the middle round, ran a time of 13.

Staff Report The Tri-Parish lags behind the state and nation in most health rankings, according to the 2023 County Health Rankings and Roadmaps issued by he University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. Some 24% of St. Landry Parish residents live in poor or fair health.
