By: RHETT MANUEL Sports Editor PINE PRAIRIE — The Ville Platte Majors All-Stars wrapped up a perfect weekend at the district tournament, going 4-0 and outscoring opponents 65-2 to win the district title and qualify for the state tournament in Metairie. Results were never in doubt.
