METAIRIE - The Ville Platte Majors were consistent on the mound all weekend. Until they weren’t.
Solid pitching carried the Dixie Youth 12U All-Stars through most of the weekend at the state tournament, but late-game jitters ultimately doomed the team and had them finish 1-2.
