Permit application is considered for solar project at EPPJ meeting

By: NANCY DUPLECHAIN Staff Reporter The Evangeline Parish Police Jury, during its meeting on Monday, August 4, considered Invenergy’s request to begin negotiations for a Pilot program. The company is currently working on a 125-megawatt solar project located just over a mile east of Mamou.
