Evangeline Parish – At approximately 11:45 p.m. on October 17, 2023, Troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop I were notified of a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Louisiana Highway 104 west of Lanse De Deshotel Rd. The crash took the life of 64-year-old Russell John Armond, Sr.
