Bayou Classic Parade is planned

The Bayou Classic Parade in Ville Platte is planned for Saturday, November 23, at 2 p.m. Parade lineup will be at 1 p.m. at the main branch of the Evangeline Parish Public Library. The parade will then proceed down Main Street and will end at Gloria Frank Hope Park, on Lincoln Road.

By: NANCY DUPLECHAIN Staff Reporter During its November 4 meeting, the Evangeline Parish Police Jury approved the 2025 budget for Evangeline 911. Police Jury president Bryan Vidrine said the budget lists total revenues as $856,800 and total expenditures as $944,000.
