Arrest is made in murder of Ardoin

Chief A. Perry Thomas reports that an arrest has been made in the shooting death of 31-year-old Cawaskee Ardoin which occurred at the Gabriel Villa Apartment Complex on the evening of April 2, 2025. Tijuan Sims, 24, turned himself into Chief Thomas on April 7.
