The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
• Joseph Tony Johnson, 41, Ville Platte, was arrested March 12, 2025, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of schedule II CDS. Johnson remains incarcerated on no bond.
