Boggy Bayou Queen named Miss Congeniality at LAFF

Evangeline Parish was well represented at the Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals (LAFF) Convention held in Baton Rouge February 22-25. Boggy Bayou Queen Faith Billiot of Sulphur was named Miss Congeniality out of 54 girls competing that weekend.

COMMUNITY LEADERS MEET - On Monday, January 22, local community leaders and concerned residents met at the Aswell House to discuss plans and ideas to boost revitalization efforts for the City of Ville Platte, along with the help of Mayor Ryan LeDay Williams and the city.
