Council appoints Richardson as interim chief

LSN Staff Report At a special meeting held Wednesday, Feb. 18, the Basile Town Council voted to appoint Nicholas Richardson as interim chief of police to complete the unexpired term of the late Allen Ivory Jr., which will end December 31, 2026.
