Evangeline Parish – Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for 74-year-old Melvin Johnston. He was last seen at his residence on Mayo Road in Turkey Creek on October 21, 2024, and discovered missing at approximately 4:30 a.m.
